As a software engineer, I thought to write some best and poor features of B4U and Uber, and compare which one is best for riders.

Uber was inaugurate in Pakistan in 2016. And, the B4U is recently launched in Pakistan. Now, the Uber company is settled, but the B4U cabs are new, then the company faces a lot of difficulties to settle their whole business.

The rates approximately on Uber are higher than B4U cabs, The rates on B4U cabs are mostly less than 20% than Uber. Mostly, the Uber rates are in peak. But, B4U cabs rates are always less than Uber.

Often Uber gives the best discount, usually they give 25% off for their riders.

B4U cabs give 20% to 30% discount for every rider.

The Uber map is almost perfect than B4U. They have no issue in their map, In B4U cabs the map is not working properly the drivers does not arrive at the real location because of the map issue. Riders face a lot of difficulty because the drivers are not arrive on time. The B4U cabs features are not working properly, so riders may wait a lot during their busy times. So, the B4U company needs to improve their map for the best reviews from the riders.

The Uber riders standing time is less than B4U cabs, this is because of the map issue the B4U map does not show the real location of riders. That's why riders like to prefer the Uber because of their less standing time.

Currently the Uber starts the new feature in their privacy and policy, the riders don't show the real contact number of the driver. The riders see the contact number which are produced by the Uber company. This is the best way to secure and get rid of bad incidents or events. B4U cabs is new that's why this is not secure like Uber, but their privacy and policy are also good. If they add high and extra features, then they will be the first ranking in all, e.g.(Uber, and Careem).

Uber: Focused on their rates.

B4U Cabs: Improve their map, Trouble with location.

From my point of view, both are doing well if they work more on their maps, and rates.
